Peanut Butter Fudge

An easy, delicious and healthy peanut butter fudge with only 4 ingredients you can make in minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Maple Syrup
- 1 cup (280g) 100% peanut butter (No added crap like vegetable oil)
- 50g butter or coconut oil
- 1tsp Vanilla
- Salt to taste (1/2-1 tsp)
Instructions
- measure out all ingredients into a small pot
- Cook over low heat until gently bubbling, stirring constantly
- Once bubbling cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
- Transfer to a small 15x15cm lined container
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
- Place in freezer for a few hours until firm
- Cut into small squares and enjoy straight from the freezer
Notes
- This fudge needs to be stored in the freezer and has the perfect fudge consistency when frozen - it doesn't set hard
- Use the best quality salt, peanut butter and butter you can get
